The condition of the PTC-TT-I pass candidates has become incomplete without the recruitment for vacant teachers in the Std-I to the state government for the last several years. Only four thousand teachers have been recruited during the last ten years. But the PTC pass has been waiting for recruitment of countless candidates and sitting on the picket of Satyagraha camp by opposing government policies.

PTC passed candidates have been made unemployed even after the government has not conducted any arrangements in the primary schools in the state, despite the shortage of teachers for many years. On one hand, the government monitors millions of rupees for education. But students are not doing enough to recruit enough staff to get the required education students. PTC Tate-1 pass candidates are issued for the vacancies for the vacancies for the last several years, but they are also doing injustice to these candidates by not recruiting.
