Drinking water is beneficial for our health, but we know everybody, but do you know that drinking excess water can harm us. In a recent search, it has been said that due to hydration, sodium content in the blood goes down rapidly, which can cause swelling in the brain. This can be applied more to elderly and sensitized people.

According to the research, drinking excessive water reduces the level of sodium in the blood abnormally, which leads to hyponatremia. Sodium is an electrolyte that helps control the quantity of water within and around the cells. High hypertension increases water levels in the body and cells begin to dry, which is deadly for us. This inflammation can cause many other diseases.

How much water should drink?

Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water at least once a day. Neither water should be lacking in our body nor should it be overwhelmed. Also, while drinking water, it should be kept in mind that one should not drink more water at one time. Symptoms of

over-hydration
- nausea and vomiting
- headaches
- Changes in mental state such as illusion or aberration,
